Eligibiliy Criteria

To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Requirement: An applicant must be a high school graduate or possess a recognized equivalent, such as a General Education Development (GED) certificate.

Admission Process

  • Entrance Examination :  Admission to the program is contingent upon the evaluation of an entrance examination. This examination assesses the applicant’s readiness and aptitude for the chosen program of study.
  • Application Sequence :  Applicants are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. Timely submission of the application and completion of the admission process are crucial as they determine the order of placement in the desired program.
  • Age Requirement :  Applicants under the age of 18 are permitted to apply on the condition that they reach the age of 18 by the start date of their externship or clinical practice. A co-signatory, who may be a parent, legal guardian, or spouse of legal age, must endorse the enrollment agreement for such applicants.

Admission Procedures

  • Application Initiation : Prospective students are urged to apply as soon as they have made a definitive career choice. The initial step is to schedule an interview, which can be done in person or over the phone for out-of-area applicants. The appointment will be confirmed via email or phone.
  • Application Requirements : During the application process, candidates must furnish the following:
  1. A completed personal data form.
  2. An interview with an admissions representative, which can be conducted personally or via phone.
  3. Entrance testing to evaluate the applicant’s proficiency and suitability for the program.
  4. A Basic Computer Competency Evaluation to ensure the applicant can handle the technological aspects of the program.
  5. Proof of high school graduation or equivalent certification.
  6. A duly signed enrollment agreement.
  7. A Statement of General Health to ascertain the applicant’s health status and capability to fulfill the program requirements.
  8. Payment of the registration fee or an approved payment arrangement plan must be in place prior to orientation.
